Justina Machado (One Day at a Time) and Nestor Carbonell (Lost, The Morning Show) has been cast in Netflix’s first medical procedural. Machado will play Natalie Cruz, a brilliant and politically-savvy doctor who oversees both administration and medicine in her role as the Chair of Surgery and Emergency Medicine. Carbonelli will play Dr. Ruben Soriano, a respected and sometimes feared senior surgeon.
Pulse follows the staff of Miami’s busiest Level 1 Trauma Center as they navigate medical emergencies. Willa Fitzgerald (The Fall of the House of Usher) stars as ER doc Dani Simms, who is unexpectedly promoted to Chief Resident amidst the fallout of her own provocative romantic relationship.
The cast also includes Colin Woodell (The Continental), Jack Bannon (Pennyworth), Jessie T. Usher (The Boys), Chelsea Muirhead (Warrior), Daniela Nieves (Vampire Academy), Jessy Yates, Santiago Segura, Ash Santos (Mayor of Kingstown), Jessica Rothe (Utopia) and Arturo Del Puerto (For All Mankind).
The second season of the game show “Lingo” hosted by RuPaul Charles has set its premiere date at CBS.
The series will return on May 24 with two back-to-back episodes airing from 8 p.m.-10 p.m. ET/PT. It will then air at 8 p.m. on Fridays for the remainder of the season. Episodes will be available live and on-demand for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers or the next day for Paramount+ Essential subscribers.

The Elizabeth Moss-led spy-thriller series premieres on Hulu on April 30. In the ticking-clock series, Moss plays Imogen, an undercover MI6 agent trying to stop an ISIS terrorist attack planned for the United States. In Episode 2, Imogen and a rumored ISIS commander named Adilah (Yumna Marwan) are passing through Istanbul when Imogen must fend off an attack from an assailant on a rooftop above the Grand Bazaar.
The series, which also stars Josh Charles, is a globe-trotting thriller that follows Imogen as she travels across Europe with Adilah, trying to earn her trust to get information about the potential ISIS attack.
Wednesday Season 2 Casts Thandiwe Newton (Westworld).
Jenna Ortega will return as the Addams Family’s daughter going through her teenage years. The first season ended with Wednesday successfully solving a series of grisly murders while also thwarting an attempt to destroy Nevermore Academy and its students.
Amazon Spy Series ‘Butterfly’
Sean Dulake, Kim Ji-hoon and Charles Parnell join the series as recurring characters, while Sung Dong-il and Lee Il-hwa are set to guest star. Other previously announced cast members of the cast include Reina Hardesty, Piper Perabo, Louis Landau, Park Hae-soo, Kim Tae-hee and Nayoon Kim.
“Butterfly,” starring Daniel Dae Kim is an adaptation of the graphic novel written by Arash Amel and Marguerite Bennett, is a character-driven spy thriller focusing on Kim’s character, David Jung, an enigmatic, highly unpredictable former US intelligence operative living in South Korea, whose life is blown to pieces when the consequences of an impossible decision from his past come back to haunt him, and he finds himself pursued by Rebecca (Hardesty), a deadly, sociopathic young agent assigned to kill him.
